Times:  9:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 12>00 PM, 1:30 PM – we don’t know what time we will play, it depends on the results of the 2nd round of games.

There will most likely be a fee to get in but we don’t have those specific details at this time.

Here is a preview of one this weekend, a bit far away, but worth going to if you are interested in teaching seniors how to use smart phones, simply register and show up. Exhibition

Join us for exhibition this Thursday at 6pm! Students will be showing off their TED talks, navigating you through website creation, helping you solve a murder mystery through dramatic interpretation, chemistry and app creation, and pitching their non-profits.

Da Vinci Communications Campus – enter through the back gate (or the front, but make sure to skip the line if you enter from the front – that is a line for Design-specific handouts)

Remember, all students are expected to attend exhibition – you should have already made alternate plans with teachers if your family will be out of town of if there is a family emergency.

DVCx – Congratulations!

Congratulations to all 9^th grade students for putting together the incredible DVCx event this past Friday. Students presented incredible talks on diverse topics from Claymation movie making to feminism to hijabi. Thank you to Regina, Meredith, David, and everyone else who worked so hard to support the students in putting on such an incredible event.

Air Quality Community Meeting, 6:30pm at Dana

Thanksgiving Break

Thanksgiving break starts next week – students are off the whole week and return on Monday, November 30^th.

Our 9^th grade students will be putting on a DVCx event (TED style talks and presentations) this coming Friday, November 13^th during school.  This great event is open to all parents and community members – come check out students’ performances!

Family Association Meeting – Tomorrow, Tuesday 11/3 at 6pm

Tomorrow we will be having our second Family Association meeting of the year in room 111 (Noel’s room) at 6pm.  Nathan will be giving a short school update, and then there will be time to split up into project groups as determined by the last meeting.

Remember DVCx, a TEDx style event put on by our 9th grade students, is taking place November 13^th – come on by!

College Fair – Flyer

Regional Admissions Counselors of California (RACC) is sponsoring this event! Come learn about different out of state colleges and universities, and meet your representatives from those colleges and universities. Some of the schools that will be in attendance:

Syracuse University,TCU, University of Alabama, University of Arizona, Hawaii Pacific University, University of New Mexico, Lafayette University, University of Tennessee, and more!

All Da Vinci Schools (Design, Science, and Communications) and grade levels (9-12) are welcome!

The fair will take place at DV Science Forum, 13500 Aviation Blvd. Hawthorne CA 90250.
