Virtual HBCU Exploration Opportunity – Registration Required, No Fee to Attend
The College Board is hosting an opportunity to connect with admissions officers at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU). This event is open to freshman, sophomore, juniors, seniors and families:
“Join us for a special, two-part Real Talk: HBCU Edition hosted in partnership with College Board’s A Dream Deferred™ Conference. Real Talk is a virtual college exploration initiative designed to connect Black students and families with admissions representatives from universities across the country.
We reached 17,000+ Black students through our inaugural series last fall, and we’re excited to continue connecting Black students to college through culturally relevant programming this spring. These events center the Black student experience on campus and are designed to be authentic, informal and most of all, real. Attendees will have an opportunity to learn about life on campus and ask questions in real-time. Participating institutions include:
Alabama A&M University
Claflin University
Dillard University
Florida A&M University
Hampton University
Howard University
Jackson State University
Kentucky State University
Lincoln University
