Dear Grade 9, 10 , and 11 DV Communication Parents/Guardians and Students,
I would like to take this time to personally apologize for some of the unacceptably long wait times that you experienced this morning when you arrived to pick up technology your student needed and to have their Student ID Photo taken. Because of an unexpected glitch in our check-in system, we fell behind and were unable to get back on track until after the lunch hour with the 12th grade students. I always strive to work with our teams to get you in and out as quickly and safely as possible knowing that many of you have jobs to return to and other siblings and family members to take care of at home. I will continue to work to improve on the systems we have in place when you need to take care of any business on the campus and am always open to any suggestions or recommendations you have. Again, my most sincere apologies and I hope that the rest of your day went well!
