Week 10 Schedule

October 19, 2024 by Erin D'Souza

This week I’d like to highlight the terrific work of our Multimedia Journalism Pathway! Three cheers for the VP Weekly, which is an entirely student-created broadcast that students watch every Monday during Advisory. You can check out this week’s episode here! We are so proud of you, Journalism Seniors!

October is Bullying Prevention Month, and our Wolf Pack Counselors presented during Advisory classes on Friday. It is extremely important that all students feel safe at DVC. If you or someone you know is experiencing bullying, don’t hesitate to reach out to the school counselor, a Wolf Pack counselor, the principals, or any staff member/adult that you feel comfortable talking to. Incidents can also be reported using this form. Check out these slides for the full presentation!

This week is Red Ribbon Week! Red Ribbon Week is a way for people and communities to unite and take a visible stand against drugs and celebrate healthy lifestyle choices and habits.
