Here are the list of college/career reps that will be visiting DVC during lunch this upcoming week:

• Tuesday, November 7th @ 11:45 am: U.S. Army

All college/career rep visits will take place in Mr. Jackson’s room (3203), and no sign-ups are required to attend. Students are able to grab lunch after the presentation as I will give out excuse slips to extend their lunch time.

DVC Students of all grade levels (9-12) can attend these rep visits.

Hello DVC Seniors!

The CSS Profile is an application for institutional financial aid required by more than 300 colleges, universities and scholarship organizations. If you are applying to a college that requires the CSS Profile, please complete this form as soon as possible. The financial information that is provided by completing the CSS profile will allow colleges to create an estimated award offer if you are accepted to their institution.  As we wait for the FAFSA to open sometime in December, we are also anticipating that processing of the FAFSA may take longer than expected.  However, the estimated award as a result of the CSS profile, will more than likely be the actual award you will receive.

Students that applied Early Action/Early Decision may have a CSS Profile deadline in November or December.  Please check deadline on the respective university websites. To check if your colleges require the CSS Profile, check here: Here is the list of participating institutions

The UCs and the CSUs do not require the CSS Profile, only the FAFSA or the CADAA

  • 10th & 11th grade students only
  • Students should sign up by filling out this google form using their Da Vinci Schools email: https://forms.gle/4jb1bfLQK1KrHNNG7.
  • Only 40 spots available, spots are first come first-served and students will be notified by Thursday, November 2nd if they received a spot.

• Monday, October 23rd@ 11:45 am: University of Southern California
  • Students signed up for this visit a few weeks ago and the first 45 students to sign up received a spot. Students who received a spot should have gotten an email from Ms. Aldrete on Friday, October 20th with visit details.
• Thursday, October 26th @ 11:30 am: Syracuse University
  • This visit is 15 minutes before our scheduled lunch time. If a student is interested, please email Ms. Aldrete to receive a pass to be excused from class by Tuesday, October 24th.

DVC Students of all grade levels (9-12) can attend these rep visits.
