I hope you all had a restful Spring Break! Here are the list of college/career reps that will be visiting DVC during lunch this upcoming week:

• Monday, April 8th @ 11:45 am: St. John’s University (NY)

All college rep visits will take place in Mr. Jackson’s room (3203). As a reminder, students are encouraged to grab food before the presentation.

Students of all grade levels (9-12) can attend the college rep visits.

Interested in taking dual enrollment courses during the summer?

Ms. Aldrete will be offering drop-in hours every Friday in April for those students interested in signing up to assist with any questions and registration. In order to be called out, please email Ms. Aldrete (maldrete@davincischools.org) so that she can call you out of class whenever she’s available.

This is a reminder about our parent workshop that is happening NEXT WEEK!

Happy Spring Break DVC Students and Families,

While we are in the midst of seniors receiving their college admission decisions and financial aid packages, we will be hosting a 12th Grade Parent Financial Aid Workshop: “How to get your high school student through college DEBT FREE”.

This workshop will be led by our Financial Literacy teacher, Mr. Jackson, and will take place on Friday, April 12th from 5:00 pm-6:00 pm in the DVC Common Area located on the DVC Floor.

This workshop will not be recorded and no RSVP is necessary. All DVC senior families are invited to attend!

  • 9th Grade students ONLY
    • Presentations for 10th and 1th grade coming soon this semester!

  • Only 36 spots available, spots are first come first-served and students will be notified by Wednesday, March 20th if they received a spot.
