Please see below for a message from Mr. Jackson about Thursday’s CFO Series #5!
Hello Parents,
Thursday is three days away. Here is exactly what will happen in Room 3203 at 6:00 PM.
You will walk in not knowing your current priority sequence. You will walk out with it written down, in order, with dollar amounts next to each step.
Here are the five things you will know by 8:00 PM:
1. Your current step on the CFO Sequence. The 9-step priority ladder tells you exactly where to put the next dollar. Most families have never named their step. Thursday night, you will.
2. Every dollar of free money available to you. Whether you have an employer match or not, there are IRS-funded advantages most families are leaving on the table. We close that gap in real time.
3. Which Double Win moves you are missing. Some financial vehicles advance two goals at once. The HSA. The Roth IRA. The 403(b) or 457(b) match. You will identify which ones are working for you and which ones are not.
4. How to answer the hardest allocation tradeoffs. Mortgage vs. retirement? Student loans vs. a 529? Help aging parents vs. fund your own future? A four-question framework resolves each one cleanly.
5. Your signed CFO Allocation Plan, with every dollar assigned a job before you leave the room.
This is not a lecture. This is a working session. Bring your income numbers if you have them. Pencils are provided.

P.S. Past series attendees: you built the retirement foundation in Workshop 2, the 529 strategy in Workshop 3, and the investment framework in Workshop 4. Workshop 5 is where you put it all into one allocation plan. Come with your current contribution rates if you have them. Thursday is your night.
