We return to school tomorrow (Monday, 11/27)! There are less than 4 weeks left during 1st semester. Grades earned at the end of this semester appear on students’ transcripts, and a new semester begins in January 2023. The last day for students to submit schoolwork for Semester 1 is Wednesday, 12/13. The easiest way to check your student’s grades is through Canvas. Formal Clothing Donations: Presentations of Learning (POLs) are fast approaching at DVC! For these formal Presentations of Learning, we ask that students dress in business attire rather than their casual daily attire. We would love for all of our students to have access to this type of clothing even when it may not be possible for families to spend on additional clothing. If you have some clothing / shoes that you would like to donate, we would gladly welcome it! Here’s what we are looking for:
- slacks (all sizes, all genders)
- button-up shirts
- blouses
- business dresses / skirts
- blazers
- shoes, too!
